Creating equal opportunities for employees regardless of age, gender, nationality, religious and cultural views, family status is a long-established goal in the world. Cooperation with global partners to support women’s leadership and participation in events and educational programs aimed to open the new horizons for women and supporting their professional growth is one of the tasks of our organisation.
Leaders aren’t born overnight. They are emerging, constantly developing their competencies and skills, by themselves and under professional guidance. Therefore, we are excited to participate in the events of organisations that support the growth of women leaders, in particular, Women Who Code.
Oleksandra prepared a workshop on the topic “Leader’s DNA”, during which the participants discussed the topic of what modern leadership should be like, how the paradigm of leaders’ thinking should change, and whether there are differences between Ukrainian leaders and the global ones. Maria conducted a webinar on “Making managerial decisions in the VUCA world”. The main idea was proposals regarding the need to change the general model of leadership behavior, considering the chaotic business environment and global trends.
